Our Company - Morton Manufacturing Company

Since 1903, four generations of the family-owned Morton Manufacturing Company ensured safety in the workplace by providing anti-slip walking surfaces in a wide variety of environments with unsurpassed quality, service and value.

In October of 2011 Jason Inc. acquired Morton Manufacturing. Jason is a global family of manufacturing companies connected by a parent company that is dedicated to leveraging their collective expertise. Morton is proud to add value to and benefit from the Jason's collaborative partnership. Jason Code of Conduct

All of our products meet or exceed the Federal Specifications for slip resistance and have passed the test of time in the most demanding industrial, agricultural, construction and railroad applications.

For standard safety applications, choose from the largest inventory of stock of channels, sheets, walkways, stair treads and ladder rungs in North America. If you require a custom product, Morton is the industry leader in specialized, value-added products which can be designed and manufactured to your specifications. These may include features such as welded, primed and/or finish painted products, integral end caps, full end margins, unique patterns or welded assemblies. Call us and we will help you with design ideas.

In short, Morton is small enough to react to your specific requirements and large enough to effectively and economically service your company's needs. Our in house capabilities are unrivaled in the industry and provide consistency, flexibility and quick turnaround for even the most demanding just-in-time requirements.

Morton Mission Statement

Quality at Morton Manufacturing Company

At Morton Manufacturing, the quality of our products and services are what sets us apart from our competition. As a supplier to many original equipment manufacturers in the freight car, locomotive, construction, farm equipment and industrial equipment markets, there is no place for defective products or poor service. In many cases, our products are not subject to an incoming inspection; they go right to the assembly line.

Morton Manufacturing is a leader in adopting a formal quality program. In the late 1980's our quality system was approved by General Motors "Targets for Excellence". In 1996 we achieved our first ISO 9002 registration. We are currently registered to the ISO 9001:2008 standard with Perry Johnson Registrar's, Inc.
